In order to become a Real Estate Licensed Agent in Manitoba you will need to complete a three-phase program. There are no prerequisites for taking the courses, please kindly complete the following steps:

Step 1 – Phase one
You will need to complete each phase in order before you can proceed to take the next phase.

Step 4 – Submit application for licensing
Within six months of completing phase 3, you must submit application to register as a salesperson with the Manitoba Securities Commission. You will first need to be employed by a brokerage and your licensing application must be signed by your employing broker.
During your first two years of registration, you will need to complete two more courses to earn the “permanent salesperson” status. The mandatory articling courses are: Real Property Law and Principles of Appraisal.
